Hand-selected from some of Scotland's finest distilleries, each expression in the Single Cask Collection reflects the one-of a kind nuances of production, season and cask influence in Scotch single malt whisky. A comforting rich dram with swathes of caramelised fruit, sticky toffee and oak influence. There are traces of linseed oil, cricket bats, sawdust, then bruised apples. Water freshens and raises the latter - now waxy green apples, but still with attractive spice and scented wood. 147 bottles released.
